The Kitchen

In the kitchen we follow the season, so that we get the produces when they are at their best.

 We have a tight relationship with all our organic producers and gather alot ourselves and find alot of flavours on our trips to the country side, sea side and in the local forrests.

The Restaurant

Good food demands good wines.

We make a big effort in doing matching and challenging wine menues for our guests.

We try and use as much organic wine as possible to make sure that dining in our restaurant is not like anywhere els.

An eye for detail and a staff full of passion and warmth is key for the succes in the restaurant
